Service
ToolWay is a platform for creating and managing professional documents: invoices, quotes, receipts and credit notes. It is a document tool, not an accounting, legal or tax advisory service.
User responsibilities
You remain responsible for the content of your documents, including their accuracy and their compliance with the rules that apply to your activity. You agree not to use ToolWay for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful purposes.
Availability
We aim to keep ToolWay available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change or discontinue features to improve the service.
Subscription
ToolWay+ subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you choose, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The free plan remains available with no time limit.
Intellectual property
ToolWay, its interface, its templates and its underlying software are protected and remain the property of its publisher. The documents you create with ToolWay remain yours.
Limitation of liability
ToolWay is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of revenue arising from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of registration. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably.
