About ToolWay
ToolWay is an online tool for creating and managing professional documents such as invoices, quotes, receipts and credit notes. This policy explains, in plain language, which data we handle and why. ToolWay is operated by KAYJEE GROUP LLC.
Information we collect
Without an account, we collect nothing that identifies you: your document is created and exported on your device. With a free account, we store your email address and your preferences (language, country, theme). With ToolWay+, we also store the business data you choose to save: your company profile, clients, products and documents.
How we use your information
We use your data only to provide the service: signing you in, saving what you asked us to save, sending the emails you trigger, and billing your subscription. We never sell personal data and we never share it for advertising purposes.
Google Account connection
Connecting a Google account is optional. When you do, ToolWay requests only the permission required to send emails on your behalf. ToolWay never reads your Gmail inbox and never accesses your personal emails. Emails are sent only after an explicit action from you, and you can disconnect your Google account at any time.
Your documents
Your documents remain yours. We do not use their content for any purpose other than displaying, exporting or sending them at your request. Drafts stay in your browser unless you save them to your account.
Cookies
ToolWay uses essential cookies for authentication and security, and preference storage for language and theme. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.
Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the associated data is removed. Local drafts disappear as soon as you clear your browser data.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with managed providers using access controls. No system is perfect, but we work to keep the amount of data we hold as small as possible.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete the data linked to your account, and withdraw consent at any time. We answer every request within 30 days.
